These aluminum lower doors are CNC-formed from thick aluminum sheet with a durable powder-coated finish. The aluminum construction delivers genuine metal protection against direct rock strikes and trail hazards that would crack or deform plastic alternatives, while remaining significantly lighter than steel.
The powder-coated black finish is applied after forming to provide a durable, UV-resistant surface that resists fading, chipping, and corrosion - critical for riders in wet mountain terrain and humid climates. The factory-style profile integrates seamlessly with most OEM and aftermarket cage setups.
Bolt-on installation uses factory door mounting locations on the RZR XP. All hardware is included, and most riders complete the installation in under an hour. No drilling or welding required in most standard configurations.
