This fender flare kit is manufactured from 3/16" HDPE (high-density polyethylene) — the industry-standard material for premium aftermarket fender flares. HDPE offers the ideal balance of rigidity and flexibility: rigid enough to maintain its shape and coverage area, flexible enough to absorb rock impacts without cracking.
The kit significantly extends factory fender coverage to intercept trail debris before it reaches the cab area. At RZR XP speeds, the unprotected roost from the tires creates a constant spray of mud, rocks, and debris — this flare kit stops that at the source.
